If you have the latest version of Adobe you can download the file and fill it in including your electronic signature and email it back to lovetoskiclub@gmail.com.
The completed waiver is required to attend any Love to Ski Club ski days or trips.
Payments
Payments can be made by e-transfer to lovetoskiclub@gmail.com or by cheque, made out to Love to ski Club and mailed to Love to Ski Club PO Box 481 Collingwood ON L9Y 4B2.
